I wish you enough

I wish you enough sunshine in your laughter and enough tea in the rain

I wish you enough flowers and music to drown out the pain

I wish you enough dandelions to blow in the wind

And I wish you enough colors to tattoo on your skin

I wish you enough food on the table to lay

Enough apples and oranges in bowls made of clay

I wish you enough tears for when your world falls apart

I wish you enough words to paper your heart

I wish you enough stars to fill the night sky

With enough wishes to last until the day that you die

I wish you enough love to hold in your hands

I wish you enough courage to rise up and stand

I wish you enough comfort to warm you in bed

And I wish you enough for this lifetime ahead
